NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. Authorized Account Holder means the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to death, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules; and (ii) cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the administration, functioning or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), and to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

The "Be a Star for a Day Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 and older at time of entry. Employees of Time Inc. (the "Sponsor"), Jenny Craig, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, siblings, parents and children) and/or those living in the same household (whether related or not) of each are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.

There are two (2) methods of entry. Method #1: To enter online, visit www.JCinvitesyoutobeastar.com and complete and submit the online entry form by following all online entry instructions. Online entries must be received between 9:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on February 5, 2010 and 11:59 PM (ET) on February 23, 2010 (the "Entry Deadline"). Online entrants subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to privacy policy. Limit: one online entry per person or per email address per day. Subsequent attempts to enter made by the same individual by using multiple nicknames or otherwise, will be disqualified. Method #2: To enter via US mail, mail a postcard with your name and address to: Be a Star for a Day Sweepstakes, PO Box 4938, New York, NY 10185. Mail-in entries must be postmarked between February 5, 2010 and February 23, 2010 and received by March 2, 2010. You may enter more than once, but each postcard must be mailed separately. Photocopied, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected or postage due mail or entries.

Prize & Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): One (1) Grand Prize: Trip for two (2) to attend the 25th annual Sports Spectacular Women's Luncheon ("Event") in Beverly Hills, California (ARV: $4,991). Grand Prize consists of: Round-trip coach air transportation to Los Angeles, CA for winner and guest from a major commercial airport nearest winner's primary residence; two (2) nights' double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations at the Montage Beverly Hills; tickets for winner and guest to Event held March 23, 2010 at the Montage Beverly Hills; two (2) copies of "Finding It" by Valerie Bertinelli; hair and make-up for winner only by a stylist selected by the Sponsor; and enrollment of winner only in a Jenny Craig VIP program for six (6) months including food provided by the program. Event will include meeting Ms. Bertinelli, subject to Ms. Bertinelli's availability. If Ms. Bertinelli is not available for any reason whatsoever, the Sponsor will not award this portion of the prize and it will not be substituted. Grand Prize does not include any costs or charges not expressly stated above, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals other than that served at the Event, hotel incidentals, gratuities or service charges, all of which are the responsibility solely of the Grand Prize winner and guest. Alcoholic beverages are not included in prize. Ground transportation will be substituted for air travel if Grand Prize winner lives within one-hundred (100) miles of Beverly Hills, CA at Sponsor's discretion. Actual value of trip depends on location of winner, airfare and room rates at time of stay. If actual value of trip is lower than ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on same itinerary and dates (tentatively scheduled for March 22-24th, 2010 but subject to change) specified by the Sponsor or forfeit all rights to prize. Blackout dates and restrictions may apply. If, for any reason whatsoever, the winner (or guest) cannot travel after all travel arrangements are made and paid, then the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner and/or guest. If Grand Prize is forfeited prior to Sponsor finalizing and paying for travel, and there is sufficient time to notify an alternate winner, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all non-winning eligible entries. Winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., valid photo ID) prior to travel. Winner's guest must be 18 years or older unless winner is a parent or legal guardian of a traveling minor. Winner's guest (or guest's parent or legal guardian if guest is a minor) must complete and return a Liability and Publicity Release prior to travel. A parent or legal guardian must accompany winner on trip if winner is a minor. If the Event is postponed, canceled or has occurred prior to winner clearance, or if winner cannot travel to Event for any reason whatsoever, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner other than to supply a trip to Los Angeles, CA minus the Event portion of the prize. Should this be the case, the prize must be taken within 12 months from notification date. Winner and guest must comply with any security procedure(s) or measures imposed by the Event and/or its representatives. Sponsor and/or the Event reserves the right in their sole discretion to suspend or cancel a winner's and/or guest's attendance at Event due to non-compliance with any security procedure or inappropriate behavior or misconduct. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:50,000.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Random drawing will be conducted on or about March 4, 2010 under supervision of an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. Winner will be notified by email and/or mail and at the judges' discretion, will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and a Publicity Release within 7 days of date specified on notification, or an alternate winner will be selected. Prize awarded within 30 days after receipt and verification of completed affidavit or prize notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or if Affidavit/Release is returned as undeliverable or if the selected winner cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason, or he/she is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing. If a winner is otherwise eligible under these Official Rules, but is nevertheless deemed a minor in his or her state of primary residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of winner's parent or legal guardian who will be required to execute affidavit on minor's behalf. No substitutions are permitted except if prize is unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater ARV will be awarded. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable except to a surviving spouse. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local, sales and income taxes. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner's name, prize won, hometown and likeness for online posting and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded.

By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges and the Sponsor, which are binding. Entrants agree that they release the Sponsor, Jenny Craig, Inc., and their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each such company, from all claims and liability relating to their participation, acceptance and use of the prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or advertising for the Sweepstakes, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.

Arbitration: This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Sweepstakes shall be litigated only in courts sitting in New York, NY, U.S.A.
