Permission Fee Per Copy
The fee per copy you make:
- $2 per copy for academic institutions and non-profit organizations
- $3 per copy for businesses and individuals
Terms and Conditions
- A maximum of 999 reprints can be made per article.
- All requests for photocopy permissions must be made in writing.
- Photocopy permission is for text only.
- Photos and illustrations are not included in approvals and should be deleted unless permission is granted by the photographer or artist.
- To reprint photographs or illustrations, you are required to contact the artist directly for approval.
- Article text may not be edited or altered.

- Brief statement of how the photocopies will be used

- Fax
- Contact name, if different from the requestor

Permissions will be processed within 10 business days.
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or invoiced.
