Erica Beckman is the associate photo editor for FSB: Fortune Small business magazine. She joined FSB in 2000 as a photo researcher and now produces environmental portraits, lifestyle, real people, and product shoots for covers, features and sections for the magazine and website. Prior to joining FSB, Beckman freelanced in the photo department at Fortune Magazine.

Beckman's editing has been enriched by her outside work, with camera in hand. She founded I Heart Brooklyn Girls, an annual pinup calendar of Brooklyn women. She has also shot for a variety of magazines and has photographed a number of authors including FSB alum Ron Stodghill, Jeff Garigliano and Jason Tanz. Last year a collection of Beckman's portraits was exhibited in the Time & Life Building.

A New York native, Beckman graduated in 1998 from SUNY New Paltz with a degree in visual arts.
