GREG SCHWARTZ NAMED VICE PRESIDENT, ADVERTISING SALES CNNMONEY.COM New York, September 19, 2005 Vivek Shah, General Manager, FORTUNE/MONEY Group announced today the appointment of Greg Schwartz to Vice President Advertising Sales, CNNMoney.com. Schwartz will be responsible for advertising sales for one of the largest business and finance destinations on the Web; he will report to Shah. On September 12, CNN and Time Inc. announced that the business websites CNNMoney.com, Fortune.com, FSB.com and Business2.com will be merged and re-launched in January 2006 as a single website. The new website will retain the CNNMoney.com name and be available at www.cnnmoney.com. "We're thrilled to have someone of Greg's caliber" said Shah. "His expertise in the media and advertising business will be critical to the success of the new CNNMoney.com." Prior to joining CNNMoney.com, Schwartz was the National Accounts Director, Automotive & Finance for Yahoo! Inc. where he drove the growth of Yahoo! Finance. Prior to Yahoo!, he held various positions at Ziff Davis Media Inc., DoubleClick, Inc., and CMP Media Inc. He began his media and advertising career at DDB Needham Worldwide. A native of Montreal, Schwartz graduated from Hamilton College with a major in Political Science. He lives with his wife, Lisa Fazio of PEOPLE magazine, and his newborn daughter Ella in New York City. # # #
