Ms. Lamothe is currently a general assignment associate producer covering a wide range of topics. Lamothe attended Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ where she gained her first experience as a journalist writing features for the school newspaper, The Columbian. After graduating high school, she attended the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Fl where she received her Bachelor of Arts. She majored in Broadcast Journalism and obtained a minor in Pre Law. In college, she was a reporter and anchor for the school news network "Nautilus News." She also did investigative reporting for the school newspaper The Voyager and the local newspaper The Pensacola News Journal. After graduating in May 2006, she was an intern at CNNMoney and was hired in August 2006.
