The CFO/CIO Breakfast Series
Improving Performance and Long-Term Growth Through Collaboration
October 18, 2005 - New York City
November 1, 2005 - Chicago
December 8, 2005 - San Jose
Overview
Over the past few years, the way senior corporate executives work has changed significantly. CFOs and CIOs, in particular, have forged new collaborative relationships to help improve organizational performance and drive growth.
The CFO/CIO Breakfast Series is designed to explore this important new cooperation and its implications. Improving Performance and Long-Term Growth Through Collaboration is the theme of our discussions.
At each breakfast program, participants will hear from CFOs and CIOs who have collaborated on a major project aimed at improving corporate performance. They will cover such issues as how the value proposition was determined; how results were monitored, measured, and analyzed; how they overcame challenges during implementation; and what the takeaways are for future projects. Each program will open with commentary on current and emerging trends in CFO/CIO collaborations by a leading expert, who will also present appropriate benchmarks. Presentations will be followed by lively open discussion, moderated by a FORTUNE editor.
Participation is by invitation only and limited to the top financial and information officers of major companies and organizations in the public and private sectors.
